Do you need a replacement faucet? Are you considering remodeling your kitchen or bathroom? From bathroom tubs, whirlpools and showers, to kitchen faucets, sinks and lighting, Every Faucet has everything you need to create the bathroom or kitchen that you have always wanted.

When choosing a faucet, there are a few important factors to keep in mind. The first is whether you are installing a new faucet or if you are replacing an existing faucet. This is significant because if you are replacing an old faucet, you need to make sure the distance from handle to handle (known as the spread) is the same for both faucets so it will fit correctly. Normally, faucet spreads have a four-inch centerset, eight-inch widespread and have a single hole. If you have an existing sink or basin but you are replacing the faucet, it’s best to keep in mind the size, height and pitch of the spout as well. You want the faucet to be tall enough to be able to fit your hands comfortably under the spout to wash your hands, but not too tall that the water will hit the basin and splatter.

The next choice to be made is the type of faucet mount. Types of faucet mounts include widespread, single hole, wall mounted, centerset, mini-spread, and bridge faucets. Widespread faucets feature a standard spread of at least eight inches and are very common because they allow for the greatest design flexibility. Single hole faucets combine the spout and the handle into one fitting and only need one faucet hole for drilling.

Another decision that needs to be made while shopping for a faucet is the style of faucet that you prefer. Do you want one handle or two handles on your faucet? Do you prefer a bar faucet, a laundry faucet, or a bidet faucet? Do you favor modern faucets or traditional faucets? These are all style preferences that need to be made. The faucet that you choose depends on the look of your home and the room’s décor. For traditional or rustic homes, often a faucet that is brass, bronze, pewter, or nickel blend well. For a more modern home, a chrome faucet or a gooseneck faucet spout may be more suitable.

With over one thousand faucets to choose from, we’re sure you’ll find the perfect faucet for your home at EveryFaucet.com!
