The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

The hand painting is beautiful. It was difficult to find out exactly how it was made before we bought it online. I finally found out that the drawers have side tracks for smoother opening and closing. When the vanity arrived, the 2 smaller drawers did not have tracks. Only the larger drawers. The smaller drawers fit somewhat loose. Also, the larger drawers have large cutouts for the plumbing which cuts out about 30% of the storage space. That can't be avoided, but could have been featured on the web page with photos or a spec sheet.
Service and delivery comments:
We did not receive a phone call from the delivery service to schedule a time for delivery. We do not live in the house yet. We actually got lucky and my husband happened to be there when the vanity arrived. They unpacked the vanity and inspected it --- there were small chips running down the side of the vanity. We accepted it anyway because it was on the side that faces the toilet and we were really anxious to get it installed.

Vanity is beautiful. Only issue. standard faucets do not extend far enough to tighten nuts underneath. had to take hole saw and make bigger. This was the only PITA
