We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. I was skeptical when I first ordered this product. But after I installed one, I was so impressed with the overall quality and functionality of this product that I ordered an additional 4 units. Changed all the drains in the house and I couldn't be happier.
The product has a very solid feel and a very rich finish. Installing this was very easy. Anyone who can handle a spanner can handle this.
One small issue I faced was that water was leaking between the main collar unit and the stem pipe. But it was easily solved by using Teflon tape.
Very satisfied and highly recommended.

I purchased two faucets that had pull up drains. What a pain, the conecting bar would get caught on the water lines, the clip wouldn't stay on, and the drain would not open all the way. I had a pop up drain in a vessel sink downstairs and loved it. I went to the local builder centers but couldn't find any. I would need to special order it. At a very high cost. Found one here for a very low price with good reviews,especially one stating it wasn't cheep plastic. Works great.

I wasn't looking to spend much on a pop up and didnt. This touch operated pop up felt heavy like a $100 dollar model.... Everyone I showed this item to thought I lied about the price..You will replace all the pop ups in your house with this model after you see the quality... no more flimsy plastic piece of garbage collecting junk in the bottom of the sink...

I ordered two of these for a double-vanity in my master bath. They haven't been installed, but appear to be of a much higher quality than similar products that I found at my local DIY stores.
