[...] Our budget was tight and the pricing on this was about 20% lower than other companies. This was part of kitchen remodel. I was going for a professional stainless and black kitchen and this faucet was the crowning touch. It sits on a black granite counter top and looks sooo eleagent. It was easy to install, cleans up perfectly and allows you to work with tall pots and buckets for cleaning. I love the fact that the magnetic docking aleviates the drooping you see from use with other similiar hardware. I would recommend this faucet and your site to everyone.

FAUCET WORKS GREAT. THE ONLY CON IS FOR US THE EXTENSION WHEN PULLED IS A LITTLE SHORT, THIS ALSO MAKES IT EASY TO RETRACT.

This faucet works well in our family's kitchen. We like the 360 degree rotation, but would like about a foot longer spay hose for filling buckets.

The faucet is great. I love the shape and the pull-out feature! However, the soap dispenser is kind of cheesy. The soap seeps out at the base of the unit. I tried a variety of soaps,but nothing worked well. I'm probably going to buy an all-new unit, unless you can suggest something else.

The faucet is of excellent quality and functions beautifully. However, the soap dispenser is a little flimsy - wobbles when dispenses soap.
