I purchased the single hole style and installed with out the plate. This gives a very sleek look and I have the convenience of a spray nozzel when I need one without the added trouble of cleaning around one. I have no problems the stream of spray from this faucet. I purchased it to go with a large sink. I am very pleased with my purchase.
