We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. I wanted an open top design and like the bamboo style. A little water goes a long way with this design - may be using less water as a result. Had to drill a blockage in order to use. Perhaps a manufacturing oversight? Now that it's installed it works wonderfully. Guests have complimented us on it as well.

The faucet installation went fairly smoothly. The one serious design flaw that the faucet has is the drain pop-up control. (i.e the part you pull up to get the sink to fill with water.) After trying to put it together as designed, parts got scratched. Do not be afraid to bend the control to get it to function properly. Aside from that, the faucet has been installed for about 3 weeks now and I have no other complaints. The finish looks great. The faucet does not leak. I couldn't ask for more

Love the way this faucet looks! It is so unique I just smile when I use it. I have 2 in my master bath but think it would look good in any bathroom. It's easy to use. Haven't had it long so not sure about long-term durability, but it was inexpensive enough doesn't matter too much! Saw similar styled faucets that were much more expensive and actually didn't even like as well as this one.
