One of the mounting hooks was placed backwards. Mirror looks crooked due to the frame measurents being off on right side. (frame piece is wider)

- A:
  The shelf is 4 inches. The 24 inch mirror measurement refers to just the glass. That mirror without shelf is 28 and with shelf is 32. The 28 inch mirror is 32 without shelf and 36 with shelf.
