Comments about Peter Potty Child Urinal:
I love this little urinal for my son. I can't keep the water in it right now because he just plays with it and even without the water in he still lifts up the top to look for it. No harm done though. He's getting the hang of it.

Comments about Peter Potty Child Urinal:
Its a terific idea. If the urine sits overnite sometimes I have to soak the collecting containing in vinegar and scrub the crystals out. Kinda yucky. It says change at least once a day but I need to change it more than that. If you dont than it runs over then you have to clean the whole thing which would really suck if you had it mounted on the wall.So I stopped putting water in it. My almost four year old really likes it and it is easier for him than th ebig toilet where I use to get pee pee all over my stuff on the shelf from his bad aim.So it has its good points.

Comments about Peter Potty Child Urinal:
I bought two of these; one for our home and one for our babysitter (who watches several boys). We both agree this has been a very helpful "device" in potty training boys. My 2 year old enjoys using it, and has increased his independence in going "potty." The only downside is that but my son enjoys flushing it a bit too much, and so I'm constantly filling the water reservoir. As well, since quite a bit of urine/water can be collected before being dumped, there is the chance it can be spilled (if the toddler tries to dump it himself) as well as smell if it sits too long and becomes stagnant. Other than that- a very useful product, good quality, and very cute and fun too!

Comments about Peter Potty Child Urinal:
I have a son with Autism. He started school this year and he (he's five) will NOT sit on the toilet, but he learned to use the urinal at school. We didn't have any successes at home until I found this urinal. \nWhat is great about this urinal is it's set up like the ones at school, and it makes him feel like a "big boy". I like that it is "flushable" with the water reservoir at the top. Sometimes the tray to empty at the bottom is hard to put back in, and you DO have to empty it every time. That has become part of our routine, Go, Flush, Dump into big toilet, Flush.\nIt is thin enough to sit in a small area of our bathroom without obstructing anything else.\nIt is easy to clean, I have not seen any problems with staining. I spray it every night and wipe it down with a non toxic bathroom cleaner.\nThe downfall of this product is I do realize that it is a "starter" potty, but the height is so low even on the tallest setting, that I had to place it on a stool for my son to use. \nI think it is a great product for the price, it is easy to put together. You can install it on a wall, I could not because my walls are all tiles or I would've put it up higher. It's bright and friendly, and easy to use.

Comments about Peter Potty Child Urinal:
this product helped finish the potty training. It took the work out of training and made it fun for my son. the clean up is farely easy compared to the alternative of a little boy on the toilet. My son love to go potty now. I would highly recomend to any parent having trouble with a boy.

Comments about Peter Potty Child Urinal:
Great product - reasonably priced - well worth it. My son started using this day one even tho he had never seen a urinal. Nothing else worked up to this point. He is 3 yrs/9 mo, but you can lower it for younger kids. Only downside is that he has a twin sister who tried to use it also. She quickly discovered this was not a viable use for girls...

We have this set up in our extra (BIG BOY) bathroom/ Guest bathroom. My son loves it. I do have to remove the water tank to keep him from flushing and wasting the water. It has been a great training tool.
